we enjoyed the CSLA.net 3 training videos
I think the latest estimate is 'later this year', based on Rocky's current workload. The same for the CSLA EBook or EBook series. Still no solid date.
There's already a CSLA 4 MVVM series of videos, which (of course) are quite good. They go over Rocky's BXF framework in a ittle detail (only because that's what he uses in the rest of the videos), as well as creating different types of ViewModels and hooking them up to the UI.

This video goes over the basics of the MVVM pattern and how he applies it to CSLA. I think you can still download it for free.
