I own the book but it looks to me as if it deals mostly with the more complex databinding senerios, namely, binding to collections of editable objects. What I'd like to see an example of is a simple editable root object bound to a single ASP.NET page that contains a couple of input fields (textboxes and checkboxes). I'd like to see the ASP.NET html and the code behind that makes this work.
I'll be studying the book more today (lots to learn) but it would be nice to just get a very simple example of this without the collections and so forth.
